1. Check Account Status:

   • Optimum-10 Account Holders: Congrats, you are already enabled to report tenant performance.

   • Open Access Account Holders: You need to sign in and upgrade your account to "OPEN ACCESS Credentialed Status" at NO COST. Find this on the left-side menu under “Account Management.” Video Tutorial Here

2. Submit Verification: Provide us with some basic documents to be approved in as little as 30 seconds (like photo ID and proof of rental owernship). You will be notified by email once the documents are approved.

3. Start Reporting: Once approved, go to the left-hand side, under Tenant Reporting, and click Enter Tenant Performance (Internal).

4. Log the Event: You’ll spend no more than two minutes filling out your tenant’s identification info and logging the dates of applicable events (like "Notice to Quit Served"). Click Submit. You can repeatedly fill out this form as more events occur.
